raw 315LB bench press
(warmed up with sets of 135LB, 225LB, and 275LB prior - then after this lift i did for 235LB for 14 Reps to finish off the flat press… followed it all with the rest of my chest workout.)
and my gut isn’t really thaaaattttt big hahaha - i’m using a powerlifting back arch technique (shoulders and rear have to remain in contact with the bench throughout the whole lift)
i got this weight for 6 Reps two weeks back (failed on the 7th) - didn’t do my best today but i’m shooting for a clean 7 Reps by the end of the following week. i’ve been inconsistent with my lifts and diet in the past - time to change all that and make some real progress.
i’m 20 right now - i’ve done 6 already and will hit try to hit this for 7 before i’m 21 and once i can do do this weight for about 9 Reps or so, then i can attempt a 405LB max (4 45LB Plates on each side) - which has been a life long goal. then i can die hahaha
